Wow so, I want to talk about my life
Jun. 20th, 2016 03:06 pmRecently I was feeling super down. The lowest I'd been since going off my meds. Maybe it was a side effect from getting super high on Molly. That was a great night. To think I almost didn't go. Not that I expected my work friends to suggest taking drugs but man, for those hours nothing mattered. Not work the next day, the joke that is my love-life, the fact that I'm the best at what I do but that doesn't matter when I can't make more than minimum wage or over 30 hours. All that mattered was the music and dancing. I don't know if it's sad that this ranks as one of the best nights of my life but it was. I want to do it all over again.
School has been going well. To be honest I've been slacking a bit but I still managed to pass every final better than I expected and so I continue to that next quarter. Summer quarter all online.
I reactivated my OKCupid a few weeks ago... There are like five single ladies in my area. One of which I was into but she didn't reply so guess she's not into me. Although I am thinking about asking out one of the managers at PetSmart. He's technically not allowed to date employees but he's starting a new job in two weeks and I just had a very promising interview...!
Speaking of! It would be at a hydraulics repair shop. The owners were super nice. Monday-Friday 8-4:30. Phones, greeting customers, paper work, keeping the front clean. $12 to start! It's my dream. I am destined to work were. I want it so bad. I hope they like me. Save me from corporate!
Today is my only day off until Sunday. I had planned to apply to a few more places after I grew bored of YouTube but then I got a phone call. I said I could be there in an hour since I work 9-5 for the next few days. Boo. Just when I was getting super discouraged that I had received no reply since I began this search months ago. That's not true I got a rejection email from a retail store. Yeah not qualified to work in retail despite only working in retail. Whatever though. I don't want to be retail. I want to work in the front office of a small local hydraulics repair shop.
And I'm feeling super awesome right now so I'm going to email a tattoo artist. Gonna get me some sleeves! No not really, that's the end goal. I just think it's time to start.
